Pet Policy Details

A $175.00 pet deposit is required at check in, $100.00 of which is applied to a non-refundable cleaning fee. After both Housekeeping and Loss Prevention have examined the room and find it free of any damages, the $75.00 will be refunded.

If the pet that is occupying the room with the guest causes damages, the guest will be held financially responsible for all damages caused by their pet. If the damages exceed the $75.00 deposit the difference will be applied to the guest’s credit card. The determination of the cost of any damages will be made by Loss Prevention, Engineering and Housekeeping.
